  • Marshall-Starke Development Center 1901 Pidco Drive Plymouth, IN, 46563 United States (map)

Family Employment Awareness Training (FEAT) is open to agency staff, individuals seeking employment, and their parents and families.

Anyone participating in FEAT will:

  • Understand Employment First and why it’s important to have high expectations for individuals with disabilities in employment.

  • Know the specific kinds of customized employment and how they can help individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment in the community.

  • Learn how to maintain benefits while employed and working more hours.

  • Discover resources that will support them in their specific role.

SE+ participants are more likely to succeed when they have their family’s support throughout the process.
