This September, the Indiana Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and LevelUP Indiana are pleased to offer an in-person training for disability professionals on efficient and effective Discovery practices. Efficient Discovery can be the foundation of successful supported employment, helping professionals uncover a job seeker’s strengths, interests, and ideal work conditions through real-world observation and person-centered practices. This training is being offered at no cost to the learner.

Practical strategies to conduct efficient and meaningful Discovery and develop stronger employment outcomes.
Strength-based approaches, effective documentation, and translating Discovery findings into targeted job development opportunities.
Tools and techniques they can immediately apply to support better job matches, increased retention, and long-term employment success.
